    Insane work Sir and it's a treat to watch your gallery!
    Loved the comment about "when you are struggling at a place, just attack that place and work ruthlessly and relentlessly on that stuff.

      Hi Zentrope,

      I'm really glad that some of those words resonated with you and that you found something you like in my gallery. I will try to post more as soon as I can get away from my responsibilities.. haha.. at least my responsibilities to others..

      Anyways, there is very little that cannot be overcome with a strong work ethic. It's not difficult to know what we are not good at... it's those elements in our images we try to avoid and rush through.... . . . the parts we are never quite satisfied with, so if we are honest in that process, then we all know exactly what we need to work on... .haha.. . it sounds simple this way, but learning is simple. Practice, practice, practice...

      Hi Subhash,

      Thank you so much! It means a lot to think I'm somehow inspiring others to work hard. I'm always doing my best to make every image better than the last, to apply new software features into my process, and most importantly, to learn something new every time I create something. I never knew how much I would enjoy working hard. I thought I would learn secret shortcuts to drawing anatomy, to painting, scultping, etc.. but the truth was "there are no shortcuts." The fastest way to anywhere is a straight line; to charge right at what's most difficult to you. When I struggled with drawing hands, I attacked hands ruthlessly by filling up a sketchbook of only hands. Things only get easier with time, but the one thing you cannot buy, is a strong work ethic.

      I still never feel I work hard enough, but that is a tool that always leaves me pushing harder.

      Only at times like this, do I pause and take a look at where I am, where I came from and consider how far I've come.... and for that reason I owe you much gratitude for making me feel like I am somehow contributing to that amazing process in your own development!

      Work hard, but work smart. Study anatomy, study color theory, study your programs and as long as you love it, never give up!
